About Us

North West Property Investor Services

We are the combination of Construction & Property Letting & Management, providing a unique hands off turnkey service to property investors. From the initial consultation, project specification, and pricing, to build or refurbishment work, right through to tenant acquisition and ongoing property management.

We work closely with property investors of differing sizes, budgets and goals, everyone is different, wether you have a portfolio of 100 properties or just the one, or you're looking to purchase your first property, we can help.

We're not a property investor network, we're not here to just talk about property enthusiastically, we're the people that actually work with property day to day, get our hands dirty.  You won't find us on a stage or on social media sharing landlord tips and advice.   You'll find us on site, doing what needs to be done to get projects delivered on time and generating income as quickly as possible while delivering the highest standards of finish.

With all enquiries we start with a no obligation chat, followed by a meeting on site so we can talk through your intentions/plans further.

We believe that property investment management is very much a team effort, all parties need to be on the same page so quite often multiple meetings may be needed to make completely sure we are the right fit for each other.

Once we have understood your ideas and plans (we will make suggestions too for consideration) our building division will provide a full written estimate broken up into key sections for your consideration.

There can be a period of backwards and forwards at this stage to ensure the estimate covers everything required.  Upon acceptance a formal contract will be drawn up for both parties to sign.  As part of this contract a payment schedule will also be set out, with a target completion date for the works.

Upon signing of the contract, work on site will then commence.   Much as our service is very much a hands off approach, we do encourage clients to attend site at regular intervals to demonstrate the progress, also to aid any decisions that may need to be made at relevant points.

Upon completion of the work, our building division will hand the property over to our lettings team who will photograph and market the property for let.  Upon selection of suitable tenants, full referencing will be carried out using professional referencing platforms, this will encompass background checking, credit and employment checks.  From there the process moves to signing of tenancy agreements and colletion of the first month's rent and deposit.

From then on our property management team will manage the property dealing with day to day issues, along with rent collection.  Each month the client will receive an itemised rental statement showing clearly all income and expenditure, with the funds paid same day.
